Returns & Refund Policy

At TPI Jewels (Transprime Jewels), we take great pride in the quality and curation of our artificial jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy applies to all orders within India.

1. Return Window

  • Window: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Request Initiation: All return requests must be initiated through our website at https://www.tpijewels.com/product-returns or by emailing tpijewels@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility & Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Usage: Items must be in New or just an opened box condition.

  • Unboxing Requirement: A video recording of the box opening is strictly required to process any return request.

  • Packaging: Items should be in their original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and tags.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings: All earring sales are final.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a promotional sale or clearance are final.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at tpijewels@gmail.com.

  • Requirement: A video recording of the unboxing is required to evaluate the issue and process your claim.

5. The Return Process

  • Method: All returns are completed By Mail.

  • Shipping Fees: Providing and paying for the return shipping label is the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 days.

  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees.
